MELDISM reserves the right to change or update these Terms without prior notice any of the detail of the product on the site, including prices, colours and sizes.

Payment & Charges

www.meldism.com accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) and MELDISM eGift Card.

MELDISM has the right to amend prices found in this website at any time available. Despite our dedication in maintaining accurate and correct pricing in the website throughout the time, there may be error(s) from time to time. Should there be such situations of error, you will be notified via email before your ordered product(s) are delivered to you.

Fee of shipping are not included in the product’s price. Shipping fees will be decided upon the size of the product and your order in total cost. All sale items is excluded from other promotions and coupon code. Unless otherwise stated.

Order will be accepted via email. As purchase orders are made at www.meldism.com, you will be receiving a confirmation email of the order and the billing details once the payment is confirmed. Once the payment of your order is credited to us, the product(s) will be delivered to you. Terms and conditions of shipping/delivery applied.

International deliveries of goods from MELDISM may subject you to any import duties and/or taxes. MELDISM holds no responsibility for any charges that incurred from the custom/duties. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered beyond our control. Information on custom and excise policy could be found at your local customs office.

The MELDISM Club Member is a loyalty program (“Membership”) offered by Meldism Sdn. Bhd. (“MELDISM”).

By submitting an application for Membership in the MELDISM Club Member, you’re agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).

MELDISM Club Member Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

The MELDISM Club Member is a loyalty program (“Membership”) offered by Meldism Sdn. Bhd. (“MELDISM”)
By applying for Membership in the MELDISM Club Member, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms”).
Applications are open to all, aged 18 years and above.
MELDISM Club Member privileges are benefits in www.meldism.com only.
The MELDISM Membership is strictly non-transferable.
Renewal and/or continuation of membership are at www.meldism.com, and any membership privileges may be amended at any time, without prior notice.
MELDISM accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen Membership.
Purchasing value is subject to change without prior notice.
Member privileges are not applicable with any other promotions, discounts, limited launch, etc. unless otherwise stated.
No part of this Membership shall constitute a contract with either party, no promise of future privileges, whether explicit or implicit in the terms and conditions of this Membership or represented by other marketing materials.
All personal information gathered in the administration will be strictly confidential and may not be sold, distributed, or otherwise made available to any party not a part of this membership unless permission is explicitly given.
All care will be taken to ensure the privacy and security of personal information; however, MELDISM holds no responsibility for stolen data.
In order to maintain the MELDISM Club Member, Meldism Sdn.Bhd. needs to keep personal data on each member. This data may be used for marketing and communication purposes by the same companies. Members have the right to request MELDISM in writing not to use their data for its direct marketing purposes.

2. Registration

MELDISM Club Member enrolment is available at https://meldism.com/account/register.
The membership enrolment fee is presently waived.
Applicants are advised to provide their full name as per identification card or passport during registration.
Applicants shall provide a valid email address during the Membership application as a unique identifier for creating a member account.
There is no expiration date for membership.

3. Accumulation of Points

Members will be rewarded with 1 point (“point”) for every RM1 spent when you purchase merchandise (excluding purchase of e-gift cards, gift cards, and shipping costs). The points accumulated are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Members can only earn points by making purchases of designated brands at www.meldism.com only.
Member must provide their email address/phone number at the point of purchase to have any points credited to their Membership Account.
Spending at www.meldism.com will be credited to your points immediately.
Accumulated points are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
For all cancelled purchases or refunds, all or the corresponding part of such purchase cannot be converted into points.
MELDISM shall, from time to time, vary and update any arrangement regarding the accumulation of Points. The member is invited to visit this website for the latest notice and/or terms and conditions here.
Member shall observe the relevant rules and procedures set by MELDISM before redemption or usage of the Rewards.

Placing & Order

Orders made on Monday to Friday by 12:00 PM GMT (excluding holidays) are shipped within the same day ordered. Orders made after 12:00 PM GMT and during Holidays are shipped the next working day.

Orders made on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding a Monday that falls on Holiday).

MELDISM follows the holidays subjected in Malaysian calendar.
